Collective Worship-Stewardship and Easter!

This term, the theme for Collective Worship is on Stewardship and Easter! So far children have been thinking about all the wonderful variety of creatures and plants we have in the world and why we should be thankful to God for them. We discussed the importance of taking care of God’s creation because it was He who gave us the Earth and the responsibility to take care of it.

Leading up to celebrations of Easter, children will be learning about the significance of some the symbols of Easter and learning about what chocolate eggs, bunnies and hot cross buns have got to do with it, before our final assembly on The Easter Story on Thursday 28th of March; 9:15am for Key Stage 1 and 2:45pm for Key Stage 2.
