From Nativity Prep to Naval History: Year 5's Busy Week!

Despite the busyness of preparing for the Christmas nativity, our children’s wonderful immersive experiences continue. This week Year 5, Yew Class, visited the Imperial War Museum as part of their topic about the 2nd World War. 🌍

The children were fascinated with the artefacts they saw and handled including a gas mask suit for new born babies!😱

They loved going into the air raid shelter and the Museum leaders were really impressed with how much Year 5 already knew about this and their other 2nd WW knowledge.
Well done Year 5! 🙌🏾

Year 5 have also been busy cooking and their artwork is superb. 👌🏽Our children are benefiting so much from all their rich experiences! They are so lucky! 🤗
