Next half term the children will create their own short stories inspired by our core text, ‘1001 Arabian Nights’. During the half term your child should read a story (suitable to their reading level) and have them rewrite it in their own words.

I hope you have a wonderful half term and I look forward to seeing you all very soon.

Thank you,

Ms. Haigh

Next week is Global Citizenship week, our class question will be ‘Why should education be free?’- Please research countries which have free education and those that do not. Can you make any comparisons between these countries? Are there countries in the same continents which do not have free education? I can’t wait to see what you find out.

Thanks Maple class.
